The step most people skip — and the one that makes everything else worth doing.

Washing your car gets the dirt off the surface. A clay bar gets out everything underneath — the bonded contaminants, tree sap, rust specks, brake dust, and industrial fallout that washing alone can't touch.

Glide it over your paint and you'll feel (and hear) the difference as it pulls grit out of the clear coat. Once you've clayed a car, the paint feels like glass. Wax and coatings bond properly. Your car looks genuinely new — not just clean.

How to use & care

1. Wash and rinse your car thoroughly first.
2. Spray soapy water on one panel at a time as a lubricant.
3. Glide the clay bar across the wet surface with gentle pressure.
4. Flip and reshape the bar whenever the surface gets dirty.
5. Wipe clean with a microfibre cloth.

Do this before polishing, waxing, or applying any ceramic coating — your wax or coating bonds dramatically better on a clayed surface.

Care: if you drop a bar on the ground, throw it out. Embedded grit will scratch your paint on the next pass. Store in the sealed PVC box between uses so it stays soft. Not suitable for matte or satin finishes — designed for glossy paint only.
