Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days, depending on your country. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of you placing the order.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK, the EU and most of Asia. If your country doesn't show up at checkout, email hello@cabinhabit.com and we'll see what we can do.

Is shipping really free?

Free shipping inside Australia on orders over $49. International orders are charged at checkout based on weight and destination — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Why does it take 7–15 days?

Honest answer: our suppliers are overseas, which keeps prices reasonable. Faster shipping would mean a noticeably higher price tag on every product. We think the trade-off is worth it — but it's why we tell you upfront.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unused and in original packaging. Email hello@cabinhabit.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within one business day.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. In most cases we'll replace it or refund you straight away — no need to send the original back.

Can I return essential oils?

For hygiene reasons, opened essential oil bottles can't be returned. Sealed bottles are fine.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping. If you've changed your mind, the return shipping is on you.

Products & bundles

Will it fit my car?

Most of our gear is universal — vent clips, chargers, lumbar cushions, headrest fans, hooks. Anything car-specific (like a make/model keychain) is clearly labelled. If you're not sure, email us and we'll check.

How do bundles work?

You buy one bundle product at the bundle price and we ship the items inside. Items may ship separately depending on the supplier. You save 15–47% versus buying each piece on its own — the total individual value is shown on every bundle page so you can see exactly what you're saving.

Will all my bundle items arrive together?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Bundles include items from different suppliers, so they may arrive in separate parcels over a few days. You'll get a tracking link for each one.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best. Once it's been dispatched we can't change it, but you can return it under our 30-day policy.

Do you offer a discount on multiple orders?

Bundles are already our best discount (up to 47% off). Subscribe to our emails for the occasional first-order code and seasonal offers.
