We ship CabinHabit orders worldwide. Most parcels arrive in 7–15 business days, depending on your country.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and most of Asia. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email hello@cabinhabit.com and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping rates

  • Australia: free shipping on orders over $49 AUD. Standard shipping otherwise.
  • International: standard shipping rates apply, calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–15 business days to most countries. Delivery times can vary based on:

  • Your country and region
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Local courier capacity
  • Public holidays or weather events

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Bundles ship separately

Items in a bundle may be dispatched from different suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels at different times. This is normal — you'll get a tracking number for each piece as it dispatches.

If part of your bundle hasn't arrived after 21 business days from order date, email hello@cabinhabit.com with your order number and we'll chase it.

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking. As soon as your parcel ships, we'll email you a tracking number. International orders may show limited tracking updates while in transit between countries.


Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in your order total at checkout and are not collected by us. If applicable, your local courier or postal service will contact you to collect any duties owed before delivery.

We can't predict what charges (if any) will apply to your order — every country sets its own thresholds. Check with your local customs authority if you'd like an estimate before ordering.

Lost or stuck parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days after dispatch, email hello@cabinhabit.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund as appropriate.

If a parcel is marked "delivered" but you can't find it, please:

  • Check with neighbours and household members
  • Look around your front door, side gate, and any safe drop locations
  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number

If it still can't be located, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, email hello@cabinhabit.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll either send a replacement or refund you in full — see our Refund Policy for full details.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
